a. Increased geographic service area; Milwaukee County would be administering Section 5310 funds to the Milwaukee urbanized area – Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha Counties. At our non-profit organization, we utilize 5310 funds for the replacement of our buses. We use our buses to transport people with disabilities to and from their homes, our facilities, and work sites in the community. Our typical funding streams cover the on-going operating costs of our transportation program like fuel and driver wages.
